#08: 🧠Journey maps are not outcomes
The OG tool for thought (maybe?)
Hi there! I’m Mike Tannenbaum, the human behind this letter. You are receiving this email because you subscribed to updates at https://refinedmind.co. The Refined Mind is a bi-weekly review of public notes and ideas in progress. If you were forwarded this email, go grab your own!
Hi friends!
Keeping this quick because parenting and client working and writing and newslettering on a Friday is A. LOT.
I’ve had some threads and tweets take off over the past couple weeks (by my standards), two of which now have notes below: journey maps and data vs. insights.
If you get paid to think for a living—or perhaps better, if you don’t—these concepts might be helpful for you in your work. The notes aren’t too deep or complex, as that’s the point of The Refined Mind. I’ll expand on them in time.
Please leave me comments with your thoughts! The Refined Mind website has comments enabled, I’m on Twitter, or you can reply to me here.
Happy Friday and enjoy your weekends!
‘Til next time,
Mike Tannenbaum | The Refined Mind
